I don't like the 
function on the top right navigation bar. Why? here is the result from my twenty consective clicks this fine sunday morning:

Porn: 1 (not that I'm offended)
Blog without the navigation bar: 1 (so the click momentum was broken)
Normal: 1 (5%?)

You can edit your template and get rid of the bar. But then you'll become one of those annoying sites that doesn't not have next blog link.
I like this feature still. It makes me feel i'm in a community.
I agree that's an awesome feature, but it's just been abused by bloggers (or blogger.com). I wish I could somehow select which "community" to browse, other than accidently bump into those commercial or controversial blogs.
