SUSE Live

It is pretty cool that the OS runs entirely from DVD-ROM, not installed on the harddrive. The only downside so far is that it doesn't recognize my video card as dual head capable.

It can be downloaded free here at the SUSE website http://www.novell.com/products/linuxprofessional/ (1.4 GB iso for bootable DVD).
